The best part of my day :) It's the most effective, fun, workout!
Love this studio and all the teachers inside it! So much great energy and encouragement. Classes always start and end on time and the studio sparkles because it's so clean. I love the lift, tone, burn I get from this amazing workout. Keep up the great work ladies!

Addicted! I started about a month ago and look forward to 600 am, my usual class time. It is such a great way to start the morning.
I used to be a work out fanatic and got away from my own workouts for a while... a friend invited me to try this class and I loved every minute! The tempo was upbeat, the instructor came around and fixed my form, the environment was super friendly and professional, the studio had a clean and fresh scent, and best of all the workout was killer!!! I'm hooked! ♡
