Very unprofessional experience. I called in advance to confirm that this clinic would meet my needs. The receptionist assured me that my insurance would be accepted and that the doctor could support FMLA. My FMLA has already been approved based on documentation from my physician. I also have an established mental health history and have been on medication. Beautiful peaceful facility & amazing staff & I can’t leave out Mac the golden, he’s the sweetest boy. Overall a wonderful experience.
