Very safe place to live. 24/7 security with cameras, always available car parking Best place to live. The view from terrace is amazing. Maintenance team is the best here. They will resolve the issues in 1 day.
This is the best Appartments in Redmond located near gym, target and all the grocery stores as well.. The Representative Ahmad Ali and also a lady I spoke is very well professional who helped me sort out all the issues and helped me move in very quick and smooth. The place is amazing mainly the terrace view is the best, We loved the place.
There are 0 security cameras. My car was broken into three times in one year here, and I have seen dozens of others. After each break-in Essex responds exactly the same - our condolences, no we will not be installing any cameras, please forward us the police report. Despite being here for years and being a quiet clean tenant with 0 complaints against me, Essex offered me a $2493/mo full year renewal. Apartment is at a very prime location and has its pros and cons. Not much of a walking space but close proximity to all the neighboring markets
Living here has not been a pleasant experience: Had a number of false fire alarm that happens through out the day, Very dirty exterior of building and rooftop, seen a number of critters, spiders and bugs flying outside of the establishment near the broken call box, Package is left outside of the room door which makes me feel like it could be taken at anytime by anyone with no security cameras monitoring the hallway.
