Joshua does not provide the service that he represents. He is inconsistent and does a rush job. He does not brush or vacuum the pool very well if at all, and he seldom cleans the filter. You never know when or if he comes. In addition, he skips weeks without notice, and when asked about it, his reply is " I was on vacation". Sorry Josh, I am not accustomed to paying for inferior service let alone giving paid vacations to my service people. No way I recommend Pure and Simple Pool Care.
