Kevin, the owner, knew exactly what the problem was and had it fixed quickly! Kevin and Erika (owner) were extremely friendly, returned phone calls almost immediately, and their price was a lot less than other companies charge. We were having serious problems with our AC/heat pump unit. I tried another heating and air company first. They couldn't figure out the problem, so they recommended I replace the entire heating and cooling system! I figured a second opinion would be a good idea. Pure Air Solutions sent Herb B. for the initial diagnostic visit. Herb was very thorough with his troubleshooting efforts and was able to paint a very clear picture for what our problem was, and how to best mitigate the issue. I highly recommend Pure Air Solutions.

Professionals! Great communication! Knowledgeable friendly people who RESPECT you, your time and your home! We had A/C installed and they laid large sheets of cloth to protect our floors which we greatly appreciated! Erika and Kevin have built a great team and will take care of you as if you were family!
