We kept finding small amounts of dust around the supply vents shortly after cleaning the floors. The technician inspected the ducts and found accumulated debris inside. After the service, we stopped seeing as much material coming from the vents.

Lost my wedding ring vacuuming near a floor return 2 years ago. Thought it was gone forever. During duct cleaning, camera saw metal glint in the duct. Tech retrieved it! Dirty but intact, engraving still there. He refused a tip. He said "we find jewelry 3-4 times a year." If you lost something near a vent, there's hope. And get ducts cleaned.

We had a small fire in the garage. The door was open but smoke got in the house. For weeks the house smelled like smoke when the AC ran. The duct crew did a smoke restoration clean. They used special cleaners and a fogger that goes through the whole system. They also replaced one flex duct that was melted. In 3 days the smell was completely gone. Insurance covered it because they wrote a perfect report. They know how to handle fire and smoke. Don’t live with it.

They finished everything quickly and with great communication. The procedure seems well-run and structured. Overall, it was a good experience.
