The owner Philip was great with responding very quickly. Furnace stopped working on Christmas Eve morning with family coming in town for the holidays. Furnace overheat limit was tripping repeatedly indicating 20+ yr old furnace was at its end. He showed me physical signs of the failure points confirming it wasn’t just a bad switch which I appreciated. We have used Pure for 20+ years, but today, they out did themselves. We woke up in X-Mas eve and our thermostat was dead. They talked us thru a potential fix on the phone. When we couldn’t resolve it remotely, they came out and fixed it this morning. So we have heat on X-mas and this weekend. Amazing customer service.
John Lettner is a wizard and I appreciate the time he took to educate me on how these systems work.
We have used Pure Air for many years now probably over 10 years. They replaced our HVAC system at our old house and we just had them do the same at our current house. They are very professional provide excellent service.
