The work was performed flawlessly as would be expected by a top notch tech who knows his way around heat pumps.The best part of the service was when I asked about Damien the owner who had cleaned my unit a few years ago.Josh told me that he is now involved mostly with the administrative part of the business and doesn't go out on calls as much any more.He went on to tell me what a great person Damien is to work for and how he treats (Josh) so fairly. BRAVO !
