Excellent service from start to finish
Amazing service from the one who made the appointment for me to the tech who came here and cleaned the unit. Very courteous all around and kept me informed about my appointment and when the technician was coming to my house. He worked quickly and had everything completed and done to my satisfaction.
Pure air came in this week and cleaned out my three heat pumps. The gentleman that arrived was so nice and courteous . he cleaned the three heat pumps and left the place spotless .Also the service from pure air was excellent. They gave us a time saying when they would arrive. It was a two hour window. They contacted us an hour in that time and said the gentleman was on his way and 15 minutes he arrived.I would highly recommend this company if anyone is looking for service for their heat pumps because it was absolutely amazin... read more
