Pure air came in this week and cleaned out my three heat pumps. The gentleman that arrived was so nice and courteous . he cleaned the three heat pumps and left the place spotless .Also the service from pure air was excellent. They gave us a time saying when they would arrive. It was a two hour window. They contacted us an hour in that time and said the gentleman was on his way and 15 minutes he arrived.I would highly recommend this company if anyone is looking for service for their heat pumps because it was absolutely amazin... read more
Best customer service ever. They contacted me via both phone and email to set up apt; then to let me know technician was on his way. Cleaning job was superb. No mess behind; technician, Josh was curtious, throw. Highly recommended them. Thank you, see you next year.
Originaly requested information. Info came email. Notified before tech arrival via text. Arrived within window 930 to 1130. Cost was ~$150 w tax. Tech was polite and gave advise on care of our heat pump inside and out. Bill was sent online for payment in cash, check, or etransfer. Annual cleaning done! Will have again.
Have always been polite and professional& tidy. Very accommodating- Have had them back every year and I'll continue :) thank you
