For a “high end salon” this is an extremely unprofessional business. Whoever answers the phone has no customer service skill, and shouldn’t be working there.

I couldn't be happier with the service and amazing talent at Pure salon! Natasha is the best - she knows EXACTLY what I want each time I describe it. She is a master of bright, vibrant dye jobs! I got the PERFECT hair I have always wanted to try!
I went in to Pure the end of June. It looks like a great place, but not so much the service. First thing I was upset about was no one could do designs. Then my nails smudged within hours or my pedicure. I messaged the owner, she seemed understanding and said I could come in, to fix the nail, or another service, or just get the refund. Unfortunately I didn’t have time to come in to get it fixed so decided to do them again myself, and take her up on the refund. Very unprofessional. Said we would be refunded for all of the deposit after a terrible car accident. only to not return phone calls or avoid phone calls while sitting right there. I don't recommend this place to anyone. Takes a special kind of person to treat someone going through such a bad situation in such a terrible manner.
The customer service is horrible. Can't get a return phone call or a return email. I was told I could get a refund on a deposit, due to a family emergency I had to cancel. Now when I want to actually go pick up my deposit from the owner, she won't return my calls or emails and is making up some story that I disputed the charge which is not true. I was so skeptical because I had my hair done last year and the Girl totally F’d it up. And I had a Friend recommend Natasha to me. And she knew my situation and made me feel comfortable. I just love her and my new results.
