Monique is an excellent representative for Allstate insurance. She explained my policy to me and recommended ways to reduce it by taking NY state defensive driving course and drive wise. She is very knowledgeable on car insurance but at the same time a nice conversationalist who puts you at ease not the condescending attitude of some reps I have spoken to in the past.
