This company doesn’t know they’re right from their left hand. I called Last December and was told that our service had been canceled at my request. When I told them that was not the case. I was told that to reinstate my account there would be an additional fee. At that point, I declined and hired another company. I notified my credit card company to dispute the charges. Matthew continually does a very thorough job when he completes our quarterly service through Purcor. We're very happy with this company.
Joel always lets me know he is here and what he is going to do and if there is anything else I may! He is polite and respectful and very thorough. Joel lets me know if he finds something new he might need to treat also, before he proceeds to do it! Excellent customer service and excellent job well done!
