PT&A regularly goes out of their way PT&A regularly goes out of their way to take care of their customers. For example: A Cooper tire on my brand new minivan picked up a large nail at the edge of the tread (plug repair won't work). The tire mfgr's road hazard warranty applies only to tires purchased retail - not to tires that come on a new car. The car dealer told me, "Tough luck." It took less time It took less time than I expected and as always service was friendly and courteous. Friendly, Fast and Efficient, Reasonably Priced service as always.
They were very busy They were very busy in the morning, but still squeezed me in for a oil change and rotation, and I was out in about a hour. Try to come here all the time for these services. They do a quick check of the vehicle as well, but don't go poking around looking for "other" issues which I did not request. very happy!
