PT&A regularly goes out of their way PT&A regularly goes out of their way to take care of their customers. For example: A Cooper tire on my brand new minivan picked up a large nail at the edge of the tread (plug repair won't work). The tire mfgr's road hazard warranty applies only to tires purchased retail - not to tires that come on a new car. The car dealer told me, "Tough luck." I had a slow leak I had a slow leak in my right rear tire which they quickly found to be a screw that had embedded itself in the tire causing the leak. They repaired the leak immediately and I was ready to roll about a half hour after I brought the car in. Great work!!

Had an accident Had an accident, hitting a bike wheel on the road on Sunday night. Monday morning I took my car to Purcellville Tire and Auto and they took me in right away. The tire could not be repaired so I optioned to get a new set of tires. They had me back on the road in less than an hour and a half and they were extremely friendly. The experience was very pleasent as always.
Straight forward My go-to place for Virginia state inspections and vehicle inspections. They get busy too, but they give you a realistic estimate of the time you'll wait.
