I did not have an appointment. It was Saturday morning around 9a. I walked in and dropped off a tire that needed patching. The front desk gentleman was very nice to me, thats why the review is 2 stars on Google and not one. They close at 2p on Saturday, and other people had appointments, so they said it might not be ready until Monday. I understood, my emergency doesn’t mean they have to drop everything and make me a priority. RecommendedI've had a lot of issues with the used car I bought and Purcell has been there for me since it all started. All the staff is kind and friendly, and if they don't know the answer to a question, they will find the answer for you. The mechanics are top notch and reliable, going above and beyond for me to make sure I am safely on the road. I wouldn't trust my car with anywhere else, period.
