RecommendedI had tire problems and had to order replacement tires. The folks at Purcell kept me going while waiting for the new tires. I had them installed yesterday without incident but was confused when I left and was perusing the statement. It stated that I had declined the tire warranty and had opted to wait for a front end alignment. This was confusing to me as I was never offered any kind of warranty on the tires and was never told there was a problem with the alignment. Made an appointment for 1:00 today for an advertised special (oil change and tire rotation). I came in at 1 sharp and because there wasn't sufficient mechanics, work on my vehicle wasn't started till 1:30. After 2, I told the Rep that I needed my vehicle by 2:30 to pick my daughter up from the bus. The Rep apologized and told me to come back another time for the tire rotation. RecommendedI bought new tires for my car and after a few days I wasn’t satisfied with those tires they put a different set on with no problem. Matt Bell was a joy to work with. He changed my sensors from another set of wheels. He went above and beyond. I will definitely recommend Purcell tire and Matt Bell.
