I had my oil changed there a few months ago. For the first time at this business. It recently started leaking oil. I took to Plaza tire in Mayfield Ky they overfilled it cost me $78 to get a new oil plug and oil. This also happened to a co worker of mine. I would like this looked into.
Lack of customer service and communication at this establishment. No one working the counter and was told I was able to get my oil changed then then the other employee walked up and told me something conflicting.. poor customer service

Check your lug nuts when leaving this place. Sent my mom off with a loose front wheel and when she took it back because she heard a noise in the front end they did not check the car over to see what was the problem.
I would not use this company to change my spark plugs and wire, i took my car there to have the oil change, and the tires check ( for this is where i brought them so it was free or should i say it to be free, the oil change was to be 27.00 dollars the plugs, and the wires that i brought a couple of years ago was about 75.00 dollars for the both. when i got my bill my amount was 267.00 dollars, but i did get a discount haha of about 30-00 dollars. now help me add this up. if i went in to have the oil change 27.00 plus taxes t... read more
