This was my first visit to Purcell Tire. I called to request an inspection of my steering system and tires. They got me in on the same day. The staff was courteous, professional, and very knowledgeable. When it comes to hiring a mechanic trust is everything and after my first visit I trust these guys with my vehicle. 5 star service and Corey did a great job explaining the situation.
had a great experience here! The service was quick and professional, and they really took care of my truck. The guy at the front desk was especially helpful and very nice. He explained everything clearly and made the whole process easy. Definitely recommend this shop if you need new tires or alignment work!
They are very nice. They’re very helpful. They’re very reasonable they’re quick. They ordered my tires the day before I made an appointment for the next day following day and my tires were in the next day to be put on. I got a three-year warranty on them also which was awesome. I would take my car there and get my tires every time.
No customer service.. I don't think they like their jobs.
