Those guy’s in Jonesboro Ar are awesome I never have a problem when I use them.
Went in to have them plug a tire and re-air it. Waited for over an hour and eventually became fed up after seeing people come in for oil changes and leaving before they got to a simple tire. After asking why it's taking so long, the idiot behind the desk tells me they haven't even started on it. From there it still took 30 minutes for these chumps to remove a screw and plug said hole and refill with air. The time to get it done was absolutely pathetic. I would avoid these fools at all cost if possible.

Rather than taking my truck and charging me for parts and labor that I didn't need, John at Purcell Tire listened to the problem I was having, and was able to diagnose the issue and give me a simple fix for it, without charging me. His diagnosis was correct and my truck was fixed with a trip to Wal-Mart. I REALLY appreciate how honest these guys are!
