Very nice folks and the service man was wonderful. On time service and no surprises as to costs.
My past experience has been that the crew here at Purcell Tire of Jonesboro, are dedicated and honest. Two visits ago I was told that we would need some new tires, likely by the next oil change. Five months later, assuming I would need to new tires, I was told they still had enough tread to make it for another oil change. They could have sold me tires this time around and I would have never questioned it. I had my oil changed and it was done timely the staff was friendly and helpful. A pleasant experience. And the price was great
RecommendedOur experience at Purcell was awesome. We had a flat tire on the interstate and called several tire shops and none had the correct tire. The folks at Purcell got us in right away, got the new tire on and had us on the road very quickly. Everyone in the office and shop was super nice and polite. The bathroom was clean and there was free popcorn. I would recommend them to anyone.

David Becknell the manager of Purcell Tire is a good friend of mine and very knowledgeable of practically anything to do with automobiles.I fully trust his opinion and judgement and not to my surprise they did an outstanding job replacing my brakes and servicing my vehicle.True experts and honest.I give them a five star rating and will continue using them in the future.
