They di n't hesitate to help me.
I took my tundra in to have tires put on and an alignment done because I leveled the truck. TPMS was not reset and the camber on my front end was not touched. Not to mention I never received a call when it was done. Very dissatisfied.
Robert at the front counter was amazing!! Knew all the answers to my tire questions and made sure that my new tires were installed by the time he promised.

I was in Springfield pulling a trailer when I noticed my tire was going flat on my truck. Thankfully I was right around the corner from Purcell. We pulled in, told them the problem and it was fixed within 30 minutes!! We were able to continue our errands! Nice people. I will go again if the need arises

A piece of debris fell out of an overloaded Purcell Tire truck and hit my car last Monday. I took photos and have a witness. Tim with claims at Purcell tire has refused to help at all. I don’t have time to pretend and make up this story but they treat me like I am trying to defraud them. They say I have to fix it myself. Very frustrated with the behavior of this company... NEVER EVER GO HERE
