I've used Purcell Roofing on three occasions. The work has always been quality at a reasonable price. We had huge Oak tree fall on house. Steve showed up immediately and then negotiated with insurance company to get repairs completed. I trust Purcell Roofing and don't hesitate recommending them.
Great customer service and workmanship! I called Purcell Roofing and got an estimate for a new roof. Steve, my salesman, communicated with my insurance company and met with the adjuster. In the past I've had the hassle of dealing with insurance paying claims but I felt like Steve went to bat for me and took the stress out of the experience. My home and carport were reroofed by Purcell Roofing 2 1/2 years ago and I trusted the quality of the materials and workmanship that they advertised on their website. My carport is now leaking and sagging on the end and the material they replaced my 2"plywood roofing with is black and rotting, and so is the facing end beams that support the roof and gutters. Mrs ****** called on October 9th and was told, that although we were extremely busy, that we were going to fit her into the schedule the next day and that there was no set time and no one had to be there. We were there the next day. Purcell Roofing sent 2 representatives to look at the damage and they both concurred that indeed the carport and gutter had received wind and water damage due to high winds.
