They send you a bill 10 months after you’ve been seen but send you to collections 45 days after you get your first bill AND speak with them that you’ll pay after Christmas! Then they don’t note that in their notes and get away with it!! Will never be back to any Purcell hospital location
The staff are autism aware and are familiar with P.A.N.D.A.S. They treat us with respect and are very understanding when it comes to his needs. Amanda is amazing.

This is by far the best hospital I've ever been in! It wasn't the newest and fanciest, but when you are in pain and the people there can still make you smile, they must be doing something right! Right off we could tell the receptionist was tired, but she put that aside and had a warm smile and was so sweet! (I didn't get her name but was working Aug. 26, 2017 eve).
