To who cares I am one who never writes reviews or complain about anything. After reading the reviews I booked my first appointment with Elle. My appointment was delayed by about 20 min but she did a decent job on the color. My second appointment was for a haircut with James( the owner). He was about 25-30 min late. I showed him 2 pictures of a haircut I wanted and specifically told him that I wanted to keep the length of my hair and add some layers at the back.
