Dadeland location is horrible! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! It really does the brand a disfavor. Ordered 2 fruit drinks and asked "light on the ice", and the characters working there filled the cup with ice, literally leaving me with maybe 1/4 of the cup had juice (not forgetting the drink was extremely overpriced). The "owners" of PV would not even fix the situation, basically forcing me to pay for a cup of ice. Will never swing by that location again. PV needs to fire every worker working its front counter on 7/17/25. Good... read more
