This location is spotless and perfectly stocked. Absolutely love Pura Vida, always shopped it online and finally came in store and LOVED it. Great store. The pricing is also absolutely amazing. We got an engraved necklace and loved the look/pricing. There were two employees in the store when we arrived, one employee had an accent, she was the sweetest worker and was so helpful. visited today with my family and dog, whom we’ve never taken out shopping before, so we were very nervous about his behavior. associate stassi (so sorry if i heard/spelled this wrong!) was prompt to greet us and welcome us in, cheerfully directing us to products we might like. she offered our dog a treat and some of the water out front, and made really pleasant conversation with us as we moved through the store! she was such a delight to interact with and even our dog—who’s very grumpy and asocial in his old age—was very cha... read more
got a new pura vida nd it snapped as soon as i adjusted it
December 26, 2025 me and my daughter came here to look at a tee and a worker just stood staring at us until we basically asked WHAT? Told her we're looking for a specific tee and although she pointed us to it her attitude was rather passive aggressive. Leave people alone and let them shop if you're going to have an attitude. We walked out.
