Shar gave exceptional service and was very attentive the whole time.
I usually don't leave comments because I don't always seem to want to leave less than a 5 star review, but this store and the employees are wonderful. We had the worst service at the irvine spectrum puravida. Looked this up on yelp and couldn’t seem to find any locations, hmmm makes sense because their service is always trash. Me and my friends came here to get matching anklets and were treated with hostility. The women with dark brown hair and gold jewelry was targeting us. I had the most wonderful service from Shar and Morgan! Shar helped fix a bracelet that came undone and they both helped me design an adorable custom charm necklace! I had a great time in the store snd they provided excellent customer care and service! I love my purchase and will definitely be back!!! Soooo happy! ☺️
