Amazing food!!!!!!! This is my favorite place to eat. Not a lot of choices for healthy eating, so if you are into that, this place is a must. I wish it stayed open later, but you can't have everything :) I highly recommend this place!!!!
Very disappointed with the very unprofessional and rude service. Yesterday I ordered a cookie an a Acai bowl and did not get the cookie despite asking twice for it. After finishing my bowl I told Pura Vida that I never got my cookie. I did not get any apologies and the witnesses discussed the incident in front of me referring to me & that was really rude. As I got no suggestion to be reimbursed I ask if I could have a chocolate bar instead and got the answer yes but you need to add $5. How can you treat people like that??

The food is good. It's very fresh and very healthy, but the service is terrible and incredibly slow. It shouldn't take 35 minutes to get a smoothy and a bagel. I come here often because it's near my office and it's healthy. There has never been a single thing that I've ordered that has come out quickly. Doesn't matter if you dine in or call for your food ahead of time for pick up.
