I had a great experience with the company. We scheduled an appointment to clean the dryer’s vent. The previous company we contacted said it could not be done. Isaiah came and took the challenge. He noticed there were many clogs from more than 20 years of neglect (we recently bought the house). He opened the long vent and remove it all. I received air duct and dryer vent cleaning services on September 15, 2025, and I am dissatisfied with several aspects of the experience. For a business focused on dust cleaning, they failed to vacuum the areas around the vents, leaving dust and dirt behind in each area. We had to vacuum these areas ourselves. When we asked if they were supposed to clean up the debris, they said they would handle it but only superficially wiped a few spots without thoroughly checking all areas. They were very professional and constant updating when we scheduled. The Day of service we got a text on the way and then a call that they would be here shortly. Delmar was fantastic very professional and kept us informed of the work being done and the results. A GREAT company will continue to use them John & Kris Aiken

I hired them in my daughter’s absence! She was thrilled with my choice. Felt they were professional and personally very nice. Note: I think their office staff works 24/7…great followup.
