I had a great experience with the company. We scheduled an appointment to clean the dryer’s vent. The previous company we contacted said it could not be done. Isaiah came and took the challenge. He noticed there were many clogs from more than 20 years of neglect (we recently bought the house). He opened the long vent and remove it all. Pur-AyR was great. I used this company to remove birds nest from my bathroom vents along with all debris inside. The service was quick but thorough. The pricing was fair and the service techs were professional. I am pleased with my service and will definitely recommend and use their company again.

I received air duct and dryer vent cleaning services on September 15, 2025, and I am dissatisfied with several aspects of the experience. For a business focused on dust cleaning, they failed to vacuum the areas around the vents, leaving dust and dirt behind in each area. We had to vacuum these areas ourselves. When we asked if they were supposed to clean up the debris, they said they would handle it but only superficially wiped a few spots without thoroughly checking all areas.
