Great customer service, exceptional work. The two guys, Goose and his partner, who arrived were very friendly and provided me with step by step of their process as well as educating me on the stuff they found and after care. Would defiantly recommend and will be using them again in the future.

It was a pleasurable experience communicating and working with the staff of Pur-ayre. I appreciate the feedback regarding the required work, the integrity, professionalism and accountability of each person...Keisha, Thomas and Goose. Not only were they on time, they also communicated if they could not make it or was running little behind time. That speaks volumes to me. I might also add courtesy. The duct cleaning was mostly good, being both fast and professional. However, one concern we articulated was the smell off of our furnace’s aux coils. The technician assured us that the smell would be gone. Unfortunately, it is not gone and is even more pronounced when our aux heat kicks on.

Technicians were very professional. They texted me when they were on their way and came within the time limit they said they would. They did a wonderful job of cleaning our chimney. So glad we used them.

We had a wonderful experience with this company. Making an appointment was simple, and quicker than I expected. The team was prompt, professional and cleaned up after! They even accommodated our little grand children! I will be using them for future service.
