Best groomer in town and great price too!! My Pupper instantly loved him and came home clean and smelling great with excellent nails and shiny teeth. Greg is great with the animals and easy to get along with for the humans too. We'll be back!

Took my 4 month old Maltipoo for her first grooming experience . She is very playful,and loving puppy. When I picked her up she was a completely different dog and acted like she had been sedated. I was told she was just tired and needed a nap. Her eyes were also closed and she could not open them. I called my Vet immediately and took her there. She remained inactive until next day. Vet had to give us eye drops and said if she wasn't better in 24 hrs bring her back. Her eyes stayed closed until next afternoon after eye drops ... read more

I would also like to add that your vet would have told you if the dog was sedated. He sais it was possible a hair got in its eye, but that it had an infection. It is more likely that with the infection and the groom, bath, etc. Along with the vet. Your dog having an eye infection it simply became to much and its body needed rest to fight off the infection. Still I apologize for any concerns you may have. I did say it was possible it was tired from being a new experience, not it needed a nap, just to clarify.
We have two Cockers and the look great. One is a traditional Cocker cut and the other just a clean up. This groomer shop was nice and clean. The kennels were roomy and clean. The groomers are very general with the pups. We have found a groomer here in Florence. We will be back.
Gary has so much affection for animals and does a terrific job with my Sylvia!! He treats Sylvia as if she was his girl. She is always so happy, calm, and our experiences are pleasant. Thank you Gary for all the great work you do. I appreciate it so much!!!
I was very pleased with my experience! We have a large lab who is usually wild (in an overly friendly way) and can be hard to handle. When I picked Lola up, she was happy and calm and looked great! Very great service!!
Gary does such a great job with my dog, Sami. She loves to go there and always comes home looking and feeling great. I can't recommend him highly enough!
