RecommendedI took my piper this morning and was a bit nervous to be honest. She came out looking like a different baby and was so happy. We will for sure be back!! This place is amazing!!
Took my husky in to be groomed and received her back completely shaved. Also had a place on her where it seems like the clippers got her. I wasn’t informed of this when getting her. I won’t be returning.
Asked them specifically not to shave my dog and came back to him completely shaved.

I am sorry you were not happy with it, but the dog was not shaved..in fact I took just enough to make it look like it had a cut..if I hadn't you would have complained I hadn't cut it..so again I apologize that you didn't like it but this was a no win situation
I've been there before with a Schnauzer I had and he did great. Ace (the Schnauzer) always looked so good when I would pick him up. He never seemed scared or nervous. I'm very seriously debating changing back to them (currently using PetSmart) not real happy with them.
You can't beat the price. They wash thoroughly and trim nails nicely. They treat my dog well and that really matters.
He takes excellent care of our cat!

the owner nd groomer Gary is great with pets.my lil dog has gone to him for 10 years he loves him he loves animals and does a great job.I highly recommend Puppy Love and they are priced very reasonable
