Team was so nice and responsive when my Frenchie wasn’t feeling so good. They also gave my Shih Tzu mix a great bath and brush (she came back so cute and fluffy!)
Alina the asm is so sweet, she is so communicative and goes above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. I had many last minute changes to my schedule and had to leave my pup for some extra days and she made the process so smooth and easy for me - along with the rest of the staff always providing excellent customer service, I could not ask for more.
Amber did an amazing job grooming my rescue pup, Cosette. She communicated clearly, was incredibly patient and gentle, and took her time to make sure Cosette felt safe and comfortable. Cosette now looks like a little princess! When my parents saw her, they immediately said, “Wow, how pretty.” Highly recommend Amber!
Great facility. Very organized and efficient. it’s nice to be able to check in on my pup during the day via the live cams.
