Not sure if it was an off day or what. But it was absolutely terrible. The beans tasted burned, the Ribs had so much rub on them that you couldn’t even taste the meat. Crazy that the chicken nachos which were also not good, didn’t come with sour cream and jalapeño without having to pay extra. I also felt that the fact that it’s basically fast food service and should not warrant a tip option upon ordering. Definitely not Texas BBQ, ran out of sides, ribs were way too soft. OK at best overall.

Great Brisket sandwich! Sampled several of the BBQ sauces and liked them all also! Long drive for lunch but worth it. Oh wait I ate there because I was doing the tourist thing in Tombstone!
