Some of the best BBQ we've ever had! Nice mom and pop joint... Easily accommodated our group of 12.strongly recommend!

I went to Tombstone and had lunch there. They were offering 10% off and I felt like some BBQ. I had the prime rib sandwich on a hoagie roll and the mac and cheese. The sandwich was awesome. the cook/owner? came out and asked me how my lunch was. We began talking about the prime rib which I thought was delicious. He told me he cooked it on the grill for a couple of hours to get the ring on it then slow cooked it for 20+ hours at 130 degrees. It was perfection and almost melted in my mouth. Rack of ribs and jalapeño BBQ sauce were awesome.
Fast service! If anyone is shopping as a tourist and in a hurry this is the place to go. Prices were amazing too for the amount and type of food.
Best BBQ I've had in a very long time! C'mon out and support those folks, they definitely know what they're doing! Not only are their meats amazing, but the sides were super yummy as well! Mac & cheese was to die for!
