I bought a custom home for 400k they were supposed to finish the house in February 2017 and they finish my house until December 2017, and I sent them my 30 days list (January 8, 2018) because there are many repairs to be done, and I am still waiting for them to come, the owner keeps telling me they are coming next week and they haven’t. Please stay away from this builder! (This is a real review from an actual client)
