I ordered Dal Tadka ,lbut the restaurant cancelled my order because they were out of stock. Despite the cancellation, I was still charged, and Uber has not refunded my money. It’s disappointing that a restaurant runs out of such a basic item like dal. If they can’t manage the availability of a staple dish, it raises serious concerns about their overall service and inventory management. A cancelled order should never leave the customer paying for food they never received. Very frustrating experience.
I wish i could give negative rating This was the worst dining experience I’ve ever had. It was my birthday, and they completely spoiled it. We waited for a very long time, and no one came to take our order. One of the staff members didn’t even stop to acknowledge us or ask if we needed help. After waiting for so long without any service, we had no choice but to leave. It was extremely disappointing and frustrating. I would not recommend this place to anyone based on my experience.
