The Staff Is Ridiculous We've been waiting on A Call for An Appointment for My Husband as a new patient since Oct 13,2023 n Never get a call .So I decided to call n check n kept telling Us they hadn't received the Referral yet. So I Called Primary Dr n said it was faxed since 10/13 so I called Dr. Sagal staff again n kept saying the same thing. Doc Sayal is incredible. He doesn't run a free pain medication refill pharmacy. It's an actual clinic that treats real patients that have actual medical problems.

I took my hydrocodon bottle from my doctor Ellis Main and he was my doctor for 25 years. He sold his practice to wellmed and now I can't get my pain meds there. Wellmed referred me to a pain management group and Puneet Sayal was the doctor I saw. When I showed him my prescription bottle he flipped out and said they weren't a pill dispensary and I said I didn't say you are. He said He was not the doctor for me and that was it.
