Working in the paper industry, I buy a lot of pumps. I loved their outfit in Portland, they were always helpful at finding exactly what I was looking for. I'd call and ask for a bunch of feral kits for a Grundfos pump and they'd email me the quote an hour later. Moving to Tacoma, I was transferred up to this office and received unimpressive customer service. Trying to buy a Wilden pump, they were not helpful at all. My experience couldn't be farther from the other review. My sewage pump failed, resulting in a giant and horrible mess in the basement. I guessed the issue to be a blown capacitor and gave Pumptech a call. I spoke with Eric, who immediately went out of his way to take care of me. The price was more than fair. He even took time to discuss the pump symptoms with me and provide additional troubleshooting suggestions, just in case replacing the capacitor did not resolve the issue.
