Working in the paper industry, I buy a lot of pumps. I loved their outfit in Portland, they were always helpful at finding exactly what I was looking for. I'd call and ask for a bunch of feral kits for a Grundfos pump and they'd email me the quote an hour later. Moving to Tacoma, I was transferred up to this office and received unimpressive customer service. Trying to buy a Wilden pump, they were not helpful at all.
