Pumpkin does business the right way. They treat you like family and make sure you get all the information you need to arrive at a decision. There’s no pressure, they want you to ask questions, test drive a few cars and will spend the time with you so you come away not only with a great car but a sense of having made a fair purchase in a stress free environment. The hardest part of the experience was leaving behind a couple of great cars I would love to own but we are thrilled with the Infiniti Q50 we purchased.
This was my first time going to a dealership to find a car... I couldn’t have picked a better place to go. I instantly found a car I fell in love with and left with it that same day. Every member of staff was warm and welcoming. I felt no pressure of making a purchase like my father warned me about with dealerships. Don’t like expensive cars like that
After having a ridiculously stressful experience in another dealership I never wanted to step foot in an automobile dealership again. Then my husband called me to tell me he had seen a car at Pumpkin and spoke to someone there with no pressure. We went back and were not pressured into buying we were enlightened by the selection of quality preowned vehicles on their lot. Franck made looking for the right car a pleasure. No hassle no pressure no games. Very pleasurable experience and easy. Thank you all!
