Terrible service. I went in on Friday to drop off a pump that needed to be rebuilt. I expressed the urgency, and was told I could pay expedited services. Well the rest of Friday went by, Monday came and went and I decided to call Tuesday again, only for Mike to tell me he needed to order parts. I am a very fair person so I get it if you are behind and need to get your numbers straight, but come on...why charge an "expedited" fee when I have to chase you around for an update days later just to find out you still have to order... read more

I absolutely love the timely and friendly service at Pumping Solutions. Ryan and his team worked diligently on my Wilden pumps they returned them back to me on time and working even better than expected. I strongly recommend Pumping Solutions for your pumping needs!
If you are in need of assistance in figuring out any pump or pumping problem, these men and women here at Pumping Solutions need to be your first call. I needed help repairing some old Wilden pumps. Gave these guys a call and they sent out a rep, we'll call him Daryl. Daryl is very knowledgeable and an expert in his field. He came the next day and viewed our problems, made observations of the plant and gave us great solutions for our needs and continued to assist me with many phone calls and emails for several months.
