Hands down one of the best workouts I've had in a while, Hanah and Paulo are awesome instructors. If you're in Ft Lauderdale and want a great workout then PumpFit is where you need to go.
Hands down one of the best gyms I've been too, awesome programming to push you past your limits! Hannah and Pauolo have an amazing place, it's a must drop in when in town. Can't wait to come back!!
