Experienced this place for the first time yesterday and I loved it! The atmosphere is great, the people were fun and it was a killer workout!
Just moved to Ft Lauderdale from Miami where I used to do Legacy Fit and Barry's Bootcamp. PumpFit Club is a combination of BOTH. Only 15 members per CLASS (It is like having YOUR personal trainer In every class ) !!! Very good instructors !!! Zerostress#easyparking#
This workout made me SO TIRED! I deal with anxiety and depression and I noticed a difference later in the day -- I had more energy leaving the class after 8 PM and feel that I was able to sleep better, too. I plan to attend more classes!
Best dang workout in town! Get ready to sweat your a** off...
