Our November 2022 experience with Puma Van Lines LLC, is very disappointing, very dissatisfied. We have moved 10 times already here in The USA never lost, damaged furniture. Prices are absurd. Packing and storage under their rule did not go well. Everything was with labels, good stickers on it by the company itself. How is it possible that so much has been lost..? I read the reviews and took them with a grain of salt… surely I would not be the one with damaged or missing furniture… well I’m the one. First I would suggest having a salesperson to actually come to your home to provide estimate. I was quoted 1/2 what I ended up paying. Sad thing is the “foreman” told me he would charge me to remove items after they were loaded.. whatever I paid. he then asked “when would you like your delivery “ I gave a date not knowing that it would be weeks later before I would receive my things…. Great experience with Puma Van Lines. They were very professional and explained everything on the phone and was able to get me a very competitive rate. Movers shows up and got it handled. They came on time, worked quickly and diligently.
Given my experience and the other similar complaints, I recommend avoiding Puma. They were, in a word, terrible—the worst mover I have used of the many movers I have used. First, Puma surprised us with a last-minute change of dates, starting to pack us up a day early and forcing us to scurry to make plans for our last days at our old location. I have always used Puma Van Lines and they have never disappointed me. They are very professional and always make it happen. I use them to move my art pieces and they are very careful, they make sure they all wrapped perfectly before making a move, trust them with my hard work!
