Worst mail order and customer service I have ever dealt with! Order size 8 Sneaks on 12/5/17. Arrive on 12/11/17 and all paperwork says size 8, but the box and inside are 5.5 size, call and I am sent a return label and told by woman she will ship my correct size right away I will have end of week. Next day first thing I go to Post Office and return the wrong size. I wait until Friday I call back and am told I should have them Saturday. Not a good site to order from! This site took a pre authorization from my account for an order that did not submit. Spoke to several costomer service representatives and issue was mot resolved even after the representative placed the order. Manager Virginia acted as if she was going to take step to ask the bank to place the order and never did. In all they held my money several days for an order that did not submit. I place an order on Sep 4th during Labor Day Sale. This order was cancelled by **** , quietly and never informed me. When I login to the website then found that it was cancelled. I was told that it was Out of Stock. I have seen **** doing me for the second time. It looks like **** run a false Sales to bring in customer by putting low ball prices on their items then cancel the item. I am really very very disappointed in such type of practice by such a big company like ****.
I disputed a charge with them and was banned from the site. The reason I disputed the charge was because THEY charged my card twice online. I always spend over $100 with the site and the order they charged was worth $400 this is r pettiness of this company. Instead of trying to remedy the situation they just ban you from ordering yet they keep sending you emails.
