I ordered 3 pairs and after couple of days I received an email that order shipped. While tracking ***** they said just label create. Package not received. After so many calls they said you will receive in 5 days, long wait again. After 3 weeks online chat I found they don't have stock and now they will refund for 2 paira and 1 pair shipped. I ordered *** and M. City customized jerseys with name and number on them as a gift to my dad (3/18/2021). Based on communication with the customer service department to day and the fact that I did not get a valid response to a shipment request I will no longer order from your company and I will discourage others not to order as well. Instead of a solution I was informed by the employee (****) that they held a ******'s Degree to which none of that applied to question and frankly was not of interest. I ordered shoes on 5/3/2020 and I haven’t received them yet and I’ve tried contacting them everyday and have waited over 30 mins and still can’t seem to reach anyone. I have sent an email no reply still, I’ve tried the live chat and it states no staff available. At this point I just want a refund because the shoes were for my birthday which is 5/31. Yet STILL NO SHOES. I will never order from Puma again.
This company is horrible with returns. I ordered a pair of shoes as a Christmas gift. They did not fit. When I tried to return them they first said the order was past the 45 day return time. Their website clearly states in the return policy that because of the holiday all orders placed between October 15 and December 17 can be returned until January 31, 2020 and everything after December 17 falls under their 45 day return policy. Stay away from this company. They will delay your order enough so that you are out of the return window and then deny to accept returns. These shoes are extremely uncomfortable. I went to their store and ask for a return. The store staff (Shally at ********** Premuim outlet) is extremely rude. She does not know how to treat their customers.
