Pulte is amazing! I love my new house. Working with their team is exellent they answer very quick and ready to help.
We built a DiVosta home in Babcock Ranch's TerraWalk community. Our construction manager, Matt Lisek, was amazing. Matt was very responsive to any questions we had, which was especially important since we were building the home from 1,000 miles away. As a testament to the home's quality, there were only minor issues noted at the pre-drywall inspection and the pre-closing inspection (we hired an independent inspector to perform each of these inspections). What a GREAT experience. Everyone was very helpful and knowledgeable through the whole process. They answered all of our questions and were patient with us. They explained everything from start to finish. The Pulte was fantastic. They were a refreshing change. It was a day and night difference between Pulte and another builder we used two years ago. We can not thank the team enough.
Our experience building a new home with Pulte was outstanding! They provided clear communication throughout the process and really made the anxiety of building disappear. Thank you for a great experience. We LOVE our new home!
