If you are spending your life’s savings do it on an accountable builder, not Pulte. Tiles in my Pulte home started popping just after just 4 years. Tiles are supposed to last life time. I spent thousands fixing it. I only learnt they used very little thinset and left no expansion gaps—basic installation errors. The warranty manager denied any help, even though tiles should last a lifetime mine lasted 4 years. Don’t buy a Pulte home—cheap workmanship and zero accountability. Photos attached! Melvin Betts our construction manager was amazing He was in constant contact letting us in on every phase of built on the home sending us videos and pictures assuring us the progress was going as planned He delivered our home on our promised date ! Pulte were fantastic to deal with throughout this whole process. As big of a company as it is, I never felt like I was just a number. No matter who I dealt with, I always felt like I was their priority and that goes a long way. I know that I would definitely use them again for another build but honestly it is going to be probably impossible to get my family and I out of this one because we LOVE this house.
