I had a very good experience and very much love my house.
It was nice working with Pulte for the majority of time. Loved the construction team, sales team, not too happy with mortgage team though. Some team members used difficult language to comprehend and constant reoccurring requests for additional documentation was driving us crazy. However we were able to work it out, yay.
We are trying to sell a Pulte home, but unfortunately a structural issue was identified during the inspection. We can't get a response or returned call from Yashira Jenkins. We are extending due diligence with hopes that Pulte will make this right. Concerned Home Owner
