Not really worthy of 1 star. 12 days before closing they ask for the same stuff that has been uploaded 3 times. It would help if they used the same underwriter from start to finish. We should have just gone with a bank and skipped this hassle regardless of the incentives.
Going through Pulte mortgage was one of the most stressful situations I’ve ever dealt with. It took them almost two months to close my loan and the back and forth with these people was insane. Shiloh was my loan officer and she was all over the place the whole time. Gave so much contradicting information, I couldn’t trust anything. Absolutely terrible mortgage company! They’ve put me through more stress than I would have ever anticipated. Charging me way too much over escrow for property taxes that I don’t even have to pay. Their only answer to lack of funds is to ask for gifts from relatives. An absolute joke of a mortgage company. Stay clear away!
We had a horrible experience with Pulte Mortgage . Unfortunately, they had very bad communication which intern resulted in a lot of stress, frustration, and delays. They canceled our closing at the last minute over some documents they had never requested. In addition to some documents they had already received that they were requesting again.
