We provide Pulte with various installs for this development and around town. Job sites are always ready for us and impeccably clean. They also provide great feedback for our own improvement.
I wish I could give them a -5! DO NOT buy from Pulte. Our house is 3 years old and it’s slowly falling in pieces. There are so many bad experiences I could share here. The latest one being how our basement has leaking water through the FOUNDATION! We had to cut our carpet and throw it away because it was so bad. When they came for the inspection the guy try to conviced is that is was humidity not a concrete/foundation. And that Pulte wouldn’t fix or replace anything. They are like that about EVERYTHING.
