Buyer Beware! Pulte does NOT build a 'quality' home like they advertise. Their workmanship is shoddy at best. Our siding trim has to be replaced again for the 5th time. Next time it blows off our warrant will be up and they will say too bad. All siding had to be replaced once. Found cardboard under carpet as shims, 3 cracks in the same basement wall, driveway is all chipping and they wont replace unless it's 50% gone! Walls were all crooked and uneven. I can go on and on. BUYER BEWARE!!!
Do not build a Pulte Home! Run as fast as you can. My home cost me $285K It has been a money pit. I closed on the house on 6/22/2016 and on that day they were hurrying to dry a closet that had just been framed and dry walled due to them framing it completely crooked. Also arrived after closing and on a day that was 94 outside my house was 91 inside and the AC Unit (Brand New) did not work. I will give the short version.
