This company doesn't even deserve one star due to their unprofessional service department and disregard for customers. Being a single female throughout the building process, I felt taken advantage of and bullied by the project managers that were assigned to the repairs that were supposed to be completed but never happened. My cases were closed out without the work being completed or otherwise a quick fix was completed in order to appease me but the workmanship was poor. No stars. This builder is absolutely the worst. Their quality of work is absolutely that if workers who do not know their trades. So many problems in a new house from the ceilings needing to be re-dry walled to tile rip out reinstall in master bath to leaks in master bedroom to water heater out in 15 months. We built the Eastgate Model in Winn Ridge Community, we have a some issues with our 11 month walk repairs as well as standing water on one side of our home since we moved in. On our 11 month walk with Chuck he promised all of these things to be fixed properly and then we could move on. Our 11 month walk was in March 2019, it's not July 2019 and things still are not repaired. I wish there was an option for no stars. We have had FIVE different contacts to fix our house. But lets start from the begging. Our first site manager or what ever you would call him, his name was Richard, NO SHOWED us TWICE on the final walk through. I had taken work off. In 2016 I closed on my New pulte home, 8 months later I noticed cracks in my bathroom floor, doors not closing or opening properly, cracks in the corners of my doors ,large cracks in my walls, and nails protruding. I called Pulte advising them of the issues. Pulte came over pretending to do measurements and told several lies in the process. I closed and moved into my Pulte Home in Plainfield Indiana on March 15th, 2019. To date, I do not have any landscape installed or a yard. My corner lot is an embarrassment to the beautiful homes and well manicured lawns around me. I have weeds taking over my place that are 12" tall. Most of my front yard along with the weeds is full of white rock stone that looks something like a rock yard. I just had a terrible experience with the saleman of Pulte at Winn Ridge community in Aubrey, TX. We fell in love with the floor plan and were serious to build a house with them. However, I do not think that the saleman took us seriously. He quoted us wrong 2 times, and he did not even want to reply our emails. We waited a whole MONTH for his email but he did not email us back. Finally, we decided to go with a realtor. I have owned my Pulte Home in Tucson since 2007! I absolutely love the community we live in and the home itself is awesome!! The quality of construction and their home building standards are head and shoulders above the other builders. I heard of horror stories from friends and colleagues and it makes me happy and relieved that I bought a Pulte Home!!
Awful house building company!! Terrible repair service. They used bad concrete, crumbling apart their solution was to put a sealer on it!! Now the porch is doing the same thing! Looks like a 10 year old house rather than a two year old house. Don't waste your money, spend a little more and go with a better home builder. Drive around check out other new home sites, they always are so neat and organized, Pulte sites are horrible trashy, messy.
