Posting this under an anonymous name- Recently became a new patient of Dr.Amna’s and I’m not sure how experienced she is with medications and prescriptions. I needed some prescriptions from behind the counter, because I’m covered by insurance and can’t pay out of pocket for the similar items over the counter. Dr. Amna Farkhanda is amazing! One of the kindest doctors I’ve ever met!♥️She is always very helpful and calmly explains everything in detail. Genuinely care for her patients and takes time to assess every details of patients. I wish if every doctors are like her♥️♥️♥️ the front desk staff members are also very polite and humble. They always provide the care you needs. God bless for all your hardwork
Excellent service! I met Dr.Semina Ahmad and she listened to my concerns and helped get a referral appointment booked as well. The front desk staff Jeya and her team were polite and registered me as quickly as I walked in. Overall, I had a good experience with less wait time.
One doctor no longer worked at this place and I was not contacted about the change. I had an appointment booked for March 31st and no one contacted me about the change, and I needed to come in for a prescription that only a family doctor can provide. I had to call at 1 PM to confirm my appointment time at 5PM for them to let me know, and they could not provide me with an alternative for my prescription. Absolutely horrendous experience, leaving me without recourse.
