I took my wife in there this morning at 10 am and we were waiting till 10:30 and only 3 ppl ahead of us. When I asked the receptionist how long it would take to see the doctor she replied the doctor will be in an hour later. So whats the point of being an urgent care and open at 10 am ? Only for the doctors to show up and hour later ? It makes no sense ! If you're running a practice and it states hours of operation are at 10 am then have a doctor on premise at 9:45. I'm not sure of the doctor. It was a female doctor. I booked my appointment online. I literally waited 5 minutes and she helped me out a lot. It was a great walk-in clinic. Efficiently run clean, fast and good doctor
⭐☆☆☆☆ Extremely disappointing experience. I called ahead and was specifically told that if I arrived before 3:00 PM, I would be able to get blood work done and see a doctor. I arrived an hour before 3:00 PM, only to wait over an hour to be seen. By the time I finally got in to see the doctor, I was told they were no longer doing blood work — which was my MAIN reason for coming in and something I had clearly communicated from the beginning. I have eye and vision issues, a referral was made to see a neuro optometrist. Turns out the referral was made for a regular eye appointment. When I asked if it was covered it wasn’t and they knew that. I was literally exploited by the doctor. I want you to go spend money here because I like them, and I’m going to let that be a surprise by not telling you it’s not covered.
