Your VPN system is the worst thing to probe, first your website https://my.pulsesecure.net only works under windows and I use both for my work and for my personal use Linux, from there everything goes wrong, since Do not let down the demo version of Linux, in short this is a solution that I will never recommend to anyone

RecommendedSolid company for high security VPN. One of the few that offer flexible end-point (client) security assessment validation BEFORE it is allowed access into your protected network.
I've been locked for over a week. customer support is terrible. after telling them I don't understand she keeps saying thanks for understanding???? then after she tells me after I called the wrong number. I called customer service Canada. she couldn't transfer my call she couldn't give me another number to call. I couldn't talk to anyone around. she took my name and number and no call back. Need someone to help and speak English please
The Australian support phone number for Pulse Secure hasn't worked for at least a year despite me reporting it as down a number of times. My reseller has very limited knowledge of Pulse Secure products and finding a Pulse Secure company rep to discuss options with is nearly impossible. Even their website has minimal contact details.
